FREE Library Cards For All Out-of-Town Students

This applies to students from pre-k to college and includes alternative schools and homelearners. The card will be issued in the child's name and ID, proof of address and a parent or guardian's signature will be required, as usual, but we also need confirmation that the child attends school in Brockville. We can accept a student card, report card, time table, note from the child's teacher, etc.

Library Upgrades Wireless Equipment

Do you have a dial-up connection or limited monthly bandwidth allowances? If so, consider visiting the library with your laptop to do all your software updates and downloads (music, videos etc.) Due to a grant received from Southern Ontario Library Service, we were able to upgrade our wireless equipment and have more than doubled our wireless speed!
