May 2010: At the present time, Brockville Public Library is investigating the feasibility of re-establishing our Friends of the Library group. Please come back in the future to see our progress and to find out how you can get involved.

About BPL Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library group is a non-profit volunteer advocacy group dedicated to increasing awareness of the library's services and programs and the enhancement of these services through a variety of community events, fundraising efforts and volunteer activities.

Their past initiatives included working in cooperation with Brockville Public Library to acquire equipment and other items which have promoted the use of the library's resources, programs and services by all members of the community.
